Say things like this: I refuse to change. Don’t try to make me. I will not do it. I don’t have to do it. Who do you think you are, anyway? It’s not gonna happen. Quit telling me what to do.
Try tapping and refusing. You might be amazed at how much better you feel.
4. Appreciation Tapping
Your vibe can improve, the law of attraction can work better and you can just plain get happier by doing appreciation tapping. When you do appreciation tapping, anything goes. Tap appreciation for the world, your house, a person, your body, a shoe. It’s not what you appreciate, but how it improves your vibe.
5. Tap a Better Future
You can seed your future with positive possibilities by beginning your tapping statements with “I’m looking forward to…” Finish the statement with things you know will happen, expect to happen and things you hope will happen.
